Series 9 is considered a pretty nice shaver. Braun has lots of sub models under the 'series 9' banner. I think mechanically they are all pretty similar but the prices range up to over $300..That being said Costco has the Sport Plus series 9 at $150 which is $50 off the regular Costco price. I picked one up and used it once..so far so good
Down side I think is replacement heads aren't cheap but only need to be replaced every 18-24 months and the cleaner solution needs to be changed about every two months (good deals at Amazon on both)

Just use a double-edged safety razor. It's cheap and gives a close shave.
Sure, you'll slice your face to hell when you first start using it, but once you get the hang of it, they're great!

Just use a double-edged safety razor. It's cheap and gives a close shave. Sure, you'll slice your face to hell when you first start using it, but once you get the hang of it, they're great! Yeah I have been doing that...Just too tricky around the nose and mouth...Always seem to leave some whiskers that the electric gets much easier. I guess I will try a combo of both and see how it goes...Can always return to Costco
