I don't think this one will actually cause too much actual change - it's just a different name and I think would allow athletes to sign earlier instead of having to wait until a signing day

This is true but it also means if you get someone to commit and sign; you don't have to wait 4 months to Signing Day while other schools still recruit them to see if you actually land them At least that's my interpretation of it - I could be wrong; I've never claimed to be intelligent |
