George, I'd love to know . . .
Specifically what infractions were committed? Who committed them? When ... dates? What was the penalty or punishment handed down by the NCAA?
Coaches are screaming for regulation in spite of any claims of enforcement. Why?

You'd know by doing simple research. Are you that lazy?
Florida, FSU, Miami, Tennessee for multiple sports... Those are the major stories some a couple years old when the Cavendar Twins were involved.
Penalty phase takes a while after investigation.
FFS... Pretty basic knowledge... enforcement has sucked well before NIL, but infractions are still found and penalized.

Happened so soon after the 2025 schedule release. Coincidence? Is he possibly thinking the 2026 schedule will be just like 2025? But, I've been told multiple times this a a very good schedule? Do they couldn't be it!?🤔 Haha you think a dude flipped because we didn’t play in the WCC or WAC? Get real. Here is yesterday’s podcast from D1 baseball, all four guys, who are very respected in the college baseball world, think our schedule is great. Guys aren’t leaving because of the independent schedule. He probably left because he will have an opportunity to make a crap ton in NIL at LSU. Just is what it is. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/recapping-the-latest-conference-realignment-news/id959621656?i=1000671578156

The NCAA has made numerous attempts to put restrictions on transfers, payments to athletes, etc., at the behest of coaches and schools throughout the country. Every time it does, it gets sued, quite often by the same schools who begged the NCAA for some kind of regulations on transfers, etc. (see UNC football, last season).
As a rule-enforcing organization, the courts have pretty much emasculated the NCAA. It still does an outstanding job of organizing and running more than 100 postseason tournaments at all levels of competition.
Should the NCAA go away, D1 teams would probably be OK, they have the money to hold national tournaments in money-losing sports like tennis, golf, etc. The cash-poor DII and DIII schools would be devastated.

George, have you had any reading and comprehension tests done lately? We were talking NIL violations, not some sanction in ancient history. Let me net it out for you, since NIL became a factor in college athletics . . .
I'll allow you a second chance to come correct. Remember, we are talking NIL sanctions so don't morph the subject into some convoluted nonsense you can defend.
Specifically what NIL infractions were committed? Who committed them? When ... dates? What was the penalty or punishment handed down by the NCAA?

Lol... speaking of who needs reading, comprehensive help in basic research. The schools mentioned involve NIL/booster/ collective, & recruiting violations. FFS... you think that the dude with the majority of their posts being cut & paste info can do his own research!? Best go back to your recruiting "expertise". 🤣 And, talk about convoluted gaslighting... "coaches screaming"... violations and thennormal lack of the ability fit enforcement means there hasn't been any at all?

LOL, you're beautifull - a real piece of work. You flim-flam your way with a statement you won't and can't back up. Enough with your Kabuki dance, answer the questions and we'll move on. Any "Research Genius" should answer these in 2 minutes.

Cut and paste is truth. It's sharing with the readers information that might be of interest. Contribute Dude, - bring something to the table besides a cornicopia of lame a$$ed opinions and criticisms.

What would prompt an Oregon player who has been committed to his in-state school and an elite program for over two years, to suddenly change his mind? Traveling 2,000 miles from home to play in the heat and humidity of the deep south doesn't seem that all that attractive. Was It the lure of the competitive SEC, the big crowds that attend home games in Baton Rougue. or the coaching genius of Johnson and Yeskie? Or . . . wa$ it $omething el$e that wa$ behind the $udden $witch? At first glance Hamilton represents a big loss for the Beavers, but is it really? He is ranked #27 nationally with Rawlings-Perfect Game. He is projected to be an early round selection in the '25 MLB Draft. As Joe Cool mentioned, our chances of getting him on campus are slim and none. This is not a Dax Whitney scenario, If Hamilton has flipped to L$U for sizeable NIL, chances are he'll sign a lucrative Pro offer and bypass college Hamilton becomes the 4th flip in our 2025 class - we previosly lost RHP Drew Van Court (PG-#500) to TCU, SS Ryker Waite (PG-#453) to Vanderbilt, and RHP/SS R.J. Holmes (PG-#101) to Duke. With Hamilton's exit, the class now stands at 12 with any Portal or J.C. transfers to be added following the 2025 season.

Neither of us is naive enough to think that money can't be funneled to a player through back channels, enrolled or not. Or, they simply told him what he can expect if he signs and attends. Whatever they offer, he better get it in writing. Nope not naive, but even LSU's collective isn't going to risk major infraction and publicity over him. Not a program changer, no Skenes at this stage. Nor would common sense dictate a collective would not only take such a risk, but on a player that can take the $ and go somewhere else or be drafted. LSU has plenty of talent enrolled to take care of. Plus, no contract possible until he's a student. Which I think is what you meant... if when he is. I know we're all Beavers here, but there is plenty to attract a player to LSU. Did Olivia Dunne just hit the market.

I on the other hand need to find a new hobby when the weather turns and golf buddies begin their migration south. Casting "lines" here isn't quite the same!
