UNLV trying to play both sides Not major bowls, but I think playing in 11 bowls in the last 12 full seasons is a great accomplishment and we are hardly slumming or acting desperate by selecting them. Already looking forward to a road trip to Logan. It's 11-12 hours of hard driving on I-84 from Corvo and you can absolutely fly once you get out of Oregon. |

They were camping in West Yellowstone. Cat was spooked and ran off. Family stayed about three days looking for said cat. Heartbroken, they return home. After four months, a family in Rosemont, CA (Sacramento suburb) finds a tired and struggling cat. They take it to the vet. Cat has a microchip. Yes, it's the cat from the Salinas family. Cat is back home now with its cat brother. |

Yep - I am still waiting for the Arab Oil Embargo to end, and the gas shortages. Can never keep track of whether it is an odd or even day, so I can fill up my car. Maybe once this is all over we can go back to a 70 mph speed limit like many of the other states. We have to conserve fuel for the gas shortage - right? |

Not worth announcing anything til you have 8 and are officially a conference. By itself, this appears desperate, but the reality is that this is a move to get other dominos to fall. I bet we'll see an announcement when things are settled and we're sitting pretty. |

UNLV stating they were staying was when the conference still had the required 8 votes to continue enforcing their GOR agreement. They do not. USU refused to sign.
Don't be surprised to see UNLV still join us. As was stated on another thread by I think Henry - "how dare they want more money and relevance in a P5 conference!"  |
