SJSU giving the Cougars all they can handle in Pullman. Tied at 24, barely into the 3rd quarter. SJSU scored on 1st drive to start the 3rd.

A couple things I didn’t know.
SJS Qb is a Coug transfer, and he’s pretty good!
SJS Coach is ex-Navy leader Ken Niumatalolo.

We best beat Purdue and be improving on both sides of the ball! Home schedule just got tougher.
38-24 start of 4th, WSU in the red zone.
SJ St looks good (or is WSU bad?) and balanced. Their run/shoot has big talented receivers, quick release passer, and some good little RBs. When WSU gets pressure it doesn't matter... vs zone, vs man. This is an offense that's given OSU fits for over a decade.
Ken Niumatalolo has jump started this program immediately. Doesn't look like the team we played.
