So with fewer games at home, all against lesser competition, is the athletic department going to charge season tickets at the same price like last season? Because charging less just seems to make too much sense. As of now... there is no discussion in doing so. Once the schedule is firmly set I think it might be revisited, but from 2nd-hand info that idea was broached and quickly shot down. From what I understand with baseball already being in the "red" it will indeed go deeper with excess travel expenditures and revenue streams need to stay at least at current levels.

Yea, if anything the program will be doing fund raisers. Gonna have to come up with $$ to keep the program relevant. Hopefully, some of big leaguers kick in some cash.

OSU Fall Baseball is underway. Every Autumn brings unknowns - graduation, the MLB Draft and the new transfer rules all create uncertainty with the roster. With 44 players competing this fall there are questions to be answered. Maybe we can start with these five. 1. Who leads off? 2. Who ties down the 3rd OF position? 3. Who will be the 3rd guy in the rotation? 4. Who closes? 5. Who is the newcomer with the biggest impact? I'll have a go. Some of these are tough. 1) Easton Talt 2) Easton Talt 3) Ethan Kleinschmidt 4) Tanner Douglas 5) Aiva Arquette but I feel like that's cheating, so, Dax Whitney. Canon Reeder could be the 3rd outfielder. I think Keljo, Laif Palmer or Whitney could be the 3rd staring pitcher. James DeCremer could be the closer. I think a bunch of different guys could lead off. A lot of competition, it's great!
