Only 7-0..Feels like we should have about 17 Sure. We are under a completely new offensive system with basically all new personnel. The key takeaway is the defense is eating them alive. Those holds aren't just sloppy plays, they have to hold.

I hope Bray shows better decisionmaking reflecting a coach of wisdom and experience and not a rookie.

D holds again, now the offense needs to get going.

I think if SDSU player catches that punt clean there is no penalty. or am I wrong? I think the bobble may have made it look worse. Maybe. I just didn't understand why he was so close in the first place. Because he's an idiot? You should be there to recover a fumble. There was absolutely no reason for Reichle to be that close.

I hope Bray shows better decisionmaking reflecting a coach of wisdom and experience and not a rookie. It's not that weird of a call. The timeout was bad. The play calls sucked. Otherwise it's pretty normal stuff these days when you are near fg range. I really liked the immediate response on defense. 4 blitz in a row at mid field just to let them know they get nothing for free.

Is that the same Reichle that played basketball? The one you could always count on for an out of control drive into the lane for a turnover?

SDSU LB just made a stupid play tackling Griffin 4 yds forward from behind. Dingleberry and we will take it.

Maybe. I just didn't understand why he was so close in the first place. Didn't there used to be some sort of halo rule where you had to be 1-2 yds away? Probably. Keeping up with rule changes isn't a strength of mine. I will say if a punt returner muffs it, often there is a ricochet and you don't need know what the guy ate for breakfast by being in his grill.

4th and 2 and we don't go for that but 4th and 5 we do?
We'd better get our offense together realllllly quick. This is not good to trade punts.

GDI offense. What the heck are you doing? Stalled again! Come on Gundy….get this figured out. Our defense is giving you a Xmas gift you are failing to exploit.

Offensive play calling is bad. No semblance of continuity, building off sequences... it's random, uncreative, and predictable.
I'll add... very little fire and emotion. D score to fire things up!

Offensive play calling is bad. No semblance of continuity, building off sequences... it's random, uncreative, and predictable. I don't feel like we're doing enough play-action and our options are almost never anything than the first choice. We don't seem to have any semblance of whether we're hitting the edges or center and I don't think we've stretched the field yet.
