Looks like Attao starts his tourney on Monday and Rademacher goes on Friday next week. Early start times (4AM Eastern for session 1).
I'm very optimistic at Attao's chances of coming home w/ a medal and very intrigued about what Rademacher can do on the World stage.

He won bronze in the 2022 U20 worlds and last year he was set to medal again and got very sick. Wrestled within an hour after sleeping and had no energy. He was very disappointed in his tournament, but there are things you can't control. He comes back for his last shot at U20 (I think), so I am very confident he has a good tourney. I agree on JRad - WIll be fun to see him on the world stage.

I wanted to say gold but I can't say I know enough about the field so I hedged a little - gold is definitely a very realistic goal/expectation though given his Greco accolades already

Flo put out a u20 preview; here's the blurb on JRad:
"Rademacher, a 2024 national qualifier for Oregon State, is one of the more surprising world team members on this year’s squad. Rademacher finished runner-up at the US Open to Connor Mirasola at 92 kg but then bumped up to 97 kg to make the team. At World Team Trials, Rademacher defeated Soren Herzog (10-0) and Cody Merrill (2-2) before defeating 2023 U20 world bronze medalist Camden McDanel in two straight matches (4-3 & 11-1). Rademacher has made some notable jumps this summer and if he continues improving, no one should be surprised if he brings home hardware from Spain.
Rademacher’s Toughest Competitors: Shakhman Nukhaev, RUS - 2023 U20 World Silver Abolfazl Babaloo, IRI - 2023 U20 World Champ in 2023 Rizabek Aitmukhan, KAZ - 2023 Senior World Gold, 2023 U20 World Silver
I can’t remember a time we’ve seen a senior world champ in men’s freestyle compete at U20s but that’s what we have with Rizabek Aitmukhan. Aitmukhan shocked everyone when he won worlds at 92 kg last year just a few months after he won silver at U20 Worlds. Aitmukhan is the favorite but Nukhaev and Babaloo are tough competitors to watch out for that will make it challenging for Rademacher to place.
Prediction for Rademacher - 5th Place"
Feels like he'll be right in the mix of things and should be great experience for him

Thanks for that breakdown - I had not looked at his draw and forgot about Aitmukhan. Yeah, he has a pretty tough road, but it's a great experience and shows the levels he has jumped to get there. The training alone over the summer will help him a lot. Will be interesting to see how the brackets work out. The bad thing is that he could draw one of these guys first round...but the good is that he has a great shot of repechage if he does. Exciting times to have two Beavers in the world championships!

I haven't found anything on Attao's bracket; being Greco that doesn't surprise me though and I'm not expecting to find one either

Attao's got Hungary in the first round; he wins that and he'll have Puerto Rico who has a bye.
Quarterfinal would be whoever comes out of Turkey/Canada/Georgia

Attao drops his first one 9-0; came out very aggressive and Hungary used that to get a nice shuck/slide by takedown and added 2 guts off of it. 6-0 hole changed everything and Hungary could sit and make Attao come to him and took advantage of Attao trying to make big moves happen

While waiting to see if Attao gets pulled back into repechage or not I found another preview of JRad's weight:
97kg
US rep-Justin Rademacher Wrestles for Oregon State 2024 NCAA national qualifier U20 US open runner up at 92kg (lost to Mirasola)
Contenders-
Rizabek Aitmukhan-KAZ 2022-U23 Asians-1st, U23 worlds-5th 2023-Ibrahim Mustafa-5th, Senior Asians-2nd, U23 Asians-1st, 4th ranking series-3rd, U20 worlds-2nd, Senior worlds-1st 2024-Senior Asians-2nd ( lost to Taz 4-2), 2nd ranking series-3rd
Abolfazi Davoud Babaloo-IRI 2023-U20 Asians-5th, U20 worlds-1st 2024-2nd ranking series-5th (lost to Yergali 3-2 and Ciftci 4-3), U20 Asians-1st
Rifat Eren Gidak-TUR 2021-cadet Euros-3rd, cadet worlds-1st 2022-U20 worlds-2nd (lost to Kueter 10-2) 2024-U23 Euros-3rd, U20 Euros-3rd
Shakhman Nukhaev-AIN-Russia 2024-U20 Euros-2nd
Ravan Musayev-AZE 2022-U17 Euros-5th, U17 worlds-8th 2023-U20 Euros-8th, U20 worlds-7th 2024-U23 Euros-5th
Ramini Gulitashvili-GEO 2022-U17 Euros-5th, U17 worlds-5th 2024-U20 Euros-3rd
Sahil Jaglan-IND 2021-cadet worlds-9th 2022-U17 Asians-5th, U17 worlds-5th 2024-U20 Asians-2nd, U23 Asians-1st
Kutman Tolobaldiev-KGZ 2021-cadet worlds-13th 2022-U20 worlds-9th 2023-U20 Asians-9th 2024-U20 Asians-3rd
Really great top end talent with a few others pushing for medals. Not overly deep overall though. The class of the weight is Aitmukhan and Babaloo. Aitmukhan took 2nd at U20’s last year at 92kg and followed that up with a senior world title at 92kg. This year he’s been wrestling seniors and had a competitive 4-2 match with Olympic champ Tazhudinov. I see him as the favorite but Babaloo will absolutely be in the running as well. He won U20’s at 97kg last year and beat Camden McDanel in the semis. This year he has won U20 Asians while also having pretty solid results on the senior level. If this ends up being a final it should be one of the best
Other contenders are Shakhman Nukaev, Sahil Jaglan and Rifat Gidak. Jaglan won U23 Asians this year and was runner-up at U20 Asians only losing to Babaloo. Gidak is an age level champion and runner-up so he knows how to compete on this stage. I don’t really see him challenging the top 2 but should definitely see him in the medal hunt. Nukaev doesn’t have many results I could find like most of the Russian athletes. On Flo they say he was U20 runner-up last year but I don’t see that anywhere. He did beat Gidak at U20 Euros however so he should be looking to medal
Rademacher was the biggest surprise to make this US team. At the US open he was at 92kg and ended up losing to Connor Mirasola in the finals. He moved up to 97kg for trials and had an incredible run. He teched Herzog and then pulled a big upset beating Cody Merrill. Many, including myself, thought Merrill was the guy to beat at this weight. Rademacher did beat him and then in the finals knocked off U20 bronze Camden McDanel. I see him with an outside chance to medal but much more likely to finish 5th or lower.
Predictions-
Gold-Aitmukhan Silver-Babaloo Bronze-Jaglan Bronze-Nukhaev

Darabos was a tough first round matchup for Aden. Kid is a horse - big - and has very good positioning. As you said, he made Aden try to make something happen and he just stayed solid in his positioning.

Will need to defeat Puerto Rico, Turkiye, and Russia in that order to get bronze
