I know she makes enough outside NIL that she's not concerned about what this or that university might pay her, so that's not a factor for or against. But, God, it's nice to see someone of her stature say that she wants to use all 4 years of eligibility at the same school. The fact that the school we're talking about is OSU, after all the dumping on us by our former conference partners and our own former student athletes, is just fantastic. Her return no doubt means that we'll be able to continue to recruit top gymnasts.
You've done it right, Jade, and you've done yourself proud. I cannot say enough good things about her.

I get a kick over the whole "Keep Calm and Carry On" poster craze. It wasn't actually a "wartime" poster, though it was submitted as an idea from the Ministry of Information for a wartime poster campaign. It was designed as a wartime poster, but the design was ultimately not chosen for use, and the few mock-ups created for evaluation were shelved. Time passed, and one of the test print poster was found in a bookshop in 2001, a few years after "wartime" oficially ended. An enterprising sort started publishing the retro-looking poster, which caught on as a popular fad, and suddenly folks of a certain age remembered having seen it posted all over London during the blitz - but it never was! A curious case of mass retro-hallucination. www.iwm.org.uk/history/truth-behind-keep-calm-and-carry-onI get a much bigger kick than that knowing Carey is back for 2025.
