Should be an interesting year with maturing runners. How does the WCC field compare to the old Pac-12 field?

Should be an interesting year with maturing runners. How does the WCC field compare to the old Pac-12 field? Five Pac-12 teams finished in the top 19 at the 2023 NCAA women's championships. No WCC team made the field. The Pac-12 was one of the top conferences in the country. The WCC is not; Portland has the best women's program. That said, you can be from a smaller conference and be competitive. Northern Arizona is a national power, took 2nd to NCSU. Lipscomb placed 11th, Cal Baptist 17th, Utah Valley 23rd, Furman 24th and Harvard 25th.

Gonzaga and UP both placed ahead of us at the West Region CC championships last year, even with Kaylee and Grace placing 1st and 3rd respectively. Definitely Stanford, Oregon, and Washington cleaned up.

Should be an interesting year with maturing runners. Does OSU not have a home CC course?

We have had conference championship meets at Trysting Tree. I've also seen a meet with OSU, Portland, PSU, and couple of the local D3 schools at Avery Park.
UofO's home course is the old Springfield Golf Club, now Pine Ridge Golf Club, in Mohawk. They have also had a low-key meet on Pre's trail, behind the stadium.
One year the Pac-12 championships were held in Monmouth. I'm not sure if OSU or UofO was the official host.
