Schlossnagle left two days after the 2021 Fort Worth Regional came to a close. The guy does not usually mess around. It took a couple of months to get him to move from Vegas to Fort Worth, though.

Schloss clearly takes the milk maid approach. He is climbing the bodies to the top.
Texas has 6 national championships, and 38 CWS appearances.
We know your pain A&M! Actually, we lost our conference, and all of our sports programs are in some sort of purgatory......except baseball.....hopefully......so, yea A&M, you'll be fine. Just be thankful you have a home in a P4.....pretty sure ur doin alright money-wise as well.

Gee...would this had happened if they won game 3? Yes. Supposedly several people in the TAMU athletic department he was close to were fired when Alberts took over as AD and that soured him on the whole organization. This deal didn't get done overnight. Like JS, it was signed, sealed but not delivered a month or so before the end of the season and he already had one foot out the door. That's why Texas waited so long to fire the current coach, it gave them cover and prevented them from having to answer questions about the opening for three weeks or so.

Well, based on their performance in the CWS final, at least he did a better job of concealing his intentions until the last out was made. Something milk maid either didn't care to do, or was just really bad at it. Me thinks the former

Puts a whole new perspective on that game during regionals between Texas and Texas A&M. How awkward would it have been had Texas won that game, stayed in the winners bracket, and won the regional, only for this to follow when the Longhorns were done. Also, it would have opened the possibility of o hosting a Super Regional again as both Texas and o were 3 seeds.

Last I saw A&M is now at (7) into the portal... Jace LaViolette, Gavin Grahovac, Jack Bell, Kaeden Kent, Max Kaufer, Hayden Schott, Caden Sorrell.
Pretty much their key players/starters/stars... especially Sorrell the true Frosh.
