Did poor coach Bray tweet the 'locked in'🔒 on this kid?

It doesn't make any sense to segregate content onto a seperate board like this when traffic isn't exaclty through the roof to begin with. Just make a mega thread.

Craig and Ioane are both from Liberty HS in Las Vegas. In case someone does not know, Liberty is the class of the public schools in Nevada in what seems to be most sports. They play a very tough OOC football schedule that has included Bosco and MD from California, and monsters from AZ, Utah, and Hawaii. This is a very well coached and connected team that has sent many athletes to power conference teams.
I just moved about a mile from the school and my youngest just graduated from there. It is an impressive program and I am hopeful that OS just picked up 2 very solid contributors.
The verbal I am most curious about is Cody Siegner from Crane Union. I had never heard of that school and after digging a bit found that it is a public boarding school in the middle of nowhere. My crystal ball says this kid is either a bust or a star. Does anyone have any more info on him?

I played against his dad and uncle back in the day. They were great athletes in football and basketball. I see no reason he will be a bust. Ranch kids are pretty tough and go through a lot of things kids from larger towns don't growing up. My bet is he does just fine.

Just sayin'

Another site is reporting that Deagan Rose QB, class of 26, just committed to OSU. 88 ranking on that site as a rising junior. Check out that list of offers he chose the Beavs over (so far ) "Now that's a fire!!"

Looks like a great gets. 2 years is a long time to wait before we can see him on the field.

Low arm slot... interesting.

Yeah. So did Aidan Chiles. Lots of shoulder rotation through the ball. Not much lower torso/glut involved. Suspect this is the way QB gurus are teaching young kids now. More compact motion w/o sacrificing arm strength (saw him throw one 60 yarder which isn't bad for HS sophomore!). Probably easier to throw on the run too.

To paraphrase the Monty Python “Parrot Sketch”.
“It’s not dead, it’s just resting”.
