No disrespect to the youngster... exciting opportunity to travel and play. But, it's a pay to play thing based on just an interview? No mention of a tryout camp, selection process, team practicing before leaving?? Doesn't sound like any USA under?? team I've ever heard of?? |

It's not associated with the official US National team, but just a group of girls from the US playing for Team USA in Austria. It would make more sense if it was U17 since she just completed her sophomore year.....
Have to admit that it looks like an interesting basketball experience, but it doesn't look like too much of a basketball accomplishment.

We need one orher piece to this team. Another 6-2 or 6-3 kid that has skills and can score all three different kinds of shots. Ala timea gardner type ir Nelly the girl we had back a couple years ago. Came from the patriot league. That will be a tough recruit to pick up but Rueck did it before. He can recruit.
