Not sure why people just can't clean up after themselves, making this unnecessary, but ...

The sf newspaper reported the damage from uc davis and uo and then went on to say how good of a job OSU students did cleaning up theirs and other trash.
uo and uc davis students assured the rangers that they would clean up like the Beavs did. They were given trash bags but still threw trash into the lake.
