It is but I'm not going to stop pointing out that it's a national trend and we're still quite good compared to everyone else. Arkansas is literally the only team that isn't s%#t if you look at it historically. |

I have not see any pitchers made development from Dorman for last few years. Gave up so many runs this season. Scored 8 runs would win many games with average pitchers but gave up 10 runs won’t win many games. Pitching staff is an issue right now. Need to fix or won’t go to Omaha.

It's supposedly a "national trend" to give up 8+ runs? Or "historically" Arkansas is sh&t? or isn't? Or? I'm guessing giving up 8+ runs is not good... even historically. But, I guess if the point being made is that other teams do it so it's ok. Hmmmm... other teams do a lot of negative stuff so not to worry about... poor base running, mental mistakes, errors, Ks, etc... |

Did we get lucky with UA’s and UO’s losses tonight? The Cougs couged a 7-5 ninth-inning lead and lost 8-7. Stanford is beating Oregon by 12 in the ninth. I will say that Oregon losses generally help Oregon State's present RPI but probably will crush Oregon State's future RPI. Arizona losses help current RPI and will help current RPI more than they will hurt in the future. That is all to say that rooting against Arizona is ok but probably not Oregon. And everyone should be rooting that USC loses out in conference play. |
