Sean Miller-Moore signed an NBA contract? Wow. A good rebounding 6'3 guy whose shooting range is about 5-feet.

He was on the CEBL All-Canadian team last year and is supposed to be a good dunker. (By Canadian standards, perhaps?) He still needs to develop a consistent shot from the perimeter.

Supposedly, he is 6'5"? He was on the CEBL All-Canadian team last year and is supposed to be a good dunker. (By Canadian standards, perhaps?) He still needs to develop a consistent shot from the perimeter. The top Canadian dunker since Mike Smrek. In 1985, the Blazers chose Terry Porter with pick #24. A lesser known fact is that the Blazers chose Mike Smrek with pick #25. The Blazers almost immediately traded Smrek to the Bulls for Ken Johnson (pick #28) and the rights to Ben Coleman (1984 pick #37). By 1987, the Blazers cut both players, basically squandering 1985's pick #25. Johnson never played again, but Coleman played five of the next eight seasons in the NBA, all in the Eastern Conference. The Bulls cut Smrek after a season, but the Lakers scooped him up, and Smrek was a part of the NBA Champion Lakers in both 1987 and 1988, becoming the first Canadian player to ever win an NBA Championship and then two NBA Championships. Smrek played for the Spurs the next year, played parts of three seasons with the Warriors with a stint for the Clippers mixed in. Smrek played for the Raptors briefly in the Raptors second season before finishing up his career in Croatia.

GPII is ruled out of the play-in tournament with a calf injury, may return for the playoff series if GSW win both their games. A huge blow to them defensively and they have to win both games on the road.

Chicago was the closest, losing by 11 in Miami last year.

The Knicks, Celtics, Mavs, and Bucks each have a Beaver on the payroll, but, last I heard, no Beaver on the roster.
