Reeder's reaction after the Kwan-esque catch is awesome. Macias had one heck of a weekend and is playing great right now.

You want to bunt a guy hitting over .460? Lol Mitch never had the bunt on. He was fake bunting because they wanted him to take a strike. The pitcher hadn’t thrown one yet. He just squared to try and distract the pitcher. You want to help a pitcher struggling to find the zone, give him a "fake" bunt for a target. It's seems to work out in the pitchers favor all to often. The pitcher is not scared of giving up a bunt and the nice big bat to aim for only helps him that much more. Struggling to find the zone with 2 runners on, no outs and the leagues leading HR hitter at bat, the pitcher will breath a big sigh of relief seeing a bunt attempt. In my view a "fake" attempt is not smart, an actual bunt laid down would have been. And there is not a bigger dagger in the opposing team than having an over .400 batter advance runners into scoring position by executing a good bunt which could produce a basis loaded scenario with no outs with Baz's speed. . We'll have to disagree on that. I would have never had him bunt in that situation. And the first pitch to him was a ball, so I'm not sure your "fake bunt target" theory holds up. A lot of pitchers do get distracted by that.

Meanwhile Bazzana pulls fielders in making a hit more likely next pitch.

I was surprised to see Bazzana with the bunt move on the first two pitches. On one pitch he showed bunt then came out of it to swing the bat. Was that the pitch that turned into a double play?
