It is my belief that the clearly demonstrated long term support of loyal Beaver WBB fans deserves transparency, disclosure, and full open discussion concerning the recent women's basketball team situation.
All aspects should be included (OSU President, AD, Head Coach, assistant coaches, training staff, support etc). Perhaps having an outside source involved to conduct fact finding, etc. might be of value
The idea here for me is not to provide information for criticism and complaining.
The thought is to use this very bad situation as a catalyst for a better future. This current situation can be just the beginning of a continuing downward spiral or if dealt with openly and thoroughly could lead to a better future than we could have imagined for the program
Doubt that it will happen but if Coach Rueck does not see that not being open and honest will adversely affect his recruiting from now on, then I think our prospects for the future are very dim.

I agree. Whether it will happen or not is the question.
My guess is we hear a lot of "That's just the way college sports is right now" which...does...explain some of it.
A bigger set of questions I have for the crew here (as we're all obviously Fortune 500 presidents with the ability to pull strings at OSU and make things happen)...
1) I am beginning to wonder if Coach Rueck is part of the problem. I don't know if my view is tainted by what is happening in sports or just the sheer number of people to leave or what. The counter to this is, of course, why did 2 former players come back to coach if he's so bad. But maybe they were okay with being pushed/motivated in a certain way that doesn't work now or as much? 2) If coach is part of the problem, do we care? I mean he has built winning programs. And, is there even a better option. We see with a clearly deficient coach in Tinkle we can't even buy him out, so not sure what we'd do if both MBB and WBB needed new coaches.
I have to imagine that even with just 2 years at OSU some of the players are smart enough to think logically like some posters and not get completely bent out of shape over the WCC if there is a clear path back.
But again, without transparency and fact finding, probably we'll never know.

Totally agree! Time for Coach to at least make a statement to fans to clue us in.

It's week 2 of spring term. None of the girls who left the team are here on campus. Don't think they're enrolled. They are free agents. Coaches are glued to the phones, transfer portal, texting, email, recruiting. Normally by end of April and early May signings start together posted up for us in the portal.
