Kept getting bad news since TVO applied for portal. What’s going on? Is Scott Rueck leaving? Stanford job is now open.
I was hoping for shot to Final 4 next year with this group, even without TVO. Now feel like death in the family. Men basketball is falling apart as well.

Now feel like death in the family. Men basketball is falling apart as well. Stanford has it's new coach in Paye. I can't imagine anyone else for now. I doubt Rueck is leaving but my record as of late in guessing who is on their way out is really bad. Best guess for the mass exodus of drop to wcc and nil for some. There may be other issues as well. The portal is out of control which seems to be the norm now, the number has to be 1100 players if not more. |

Hope Rueck is staying and recruit portals by May 1st I haven't heard that Paye has a contract just that they were in negotiations. She had been an assistant coach under Tara for 17 years. I want to say she played there too |

I think Rurek stays for now and waits to see how things shake out for OSU in the next few years.
However, him and his agent are likely to keep an eye on jobs as they open in the future.
He is in a secure position, no need to rush into anything.

Good News is on the way. Will be here by end of May. Team will be rebuilt with players who want to be here. We will be built to win the WCC and head back to the tournament. Last time Scott was dealt a hand this bad, he won a national championship at GFU.
