But guys, remember the glove didn't fit......therefore, they had to acquit Sadly the prosecution was too dumb to point out that of course they didn't fit, that's why one had fallen off!

Died of cancer a few hours ago I guess. link Was not able to read entire article, but from what I saw, predictably, they left out him being found guilty in civil court. No surprise there.

But one of the lawyers here will know. Good point. Still lacking in the article. Splitting hairs. Hard to be found liable without some level of guilt. I doubt the civil lawsuit was about him owning the property where the crimes occurred.
