What the hell is this crap? Guess MC didn't chat or it didn't take?? I read through the end of yesterday's thread, and I saw a lot of nonsense about how the team needed to get chewed out. I remember Arkansas' head coach talking to his team after Game 2, and I thought, that's stupid. They are the second-best team in the country. Why the hell would you need to talk to them for? You are just as likely as to destroy a vulnerable team, as opposed to getting the guys to rally. You want to do something? Don't let the media into the locker room. Anyway, I heard Mitch chewing out the guys. #2 in the country. Lost three games all year. And I thought, that's stupid. They are the #2 team in the country. Why the hell would you need to talk to them for? You are just as likely as to destroy a vulnerable team, as opposed to getting the guys to rally. You want to make a speech, make it the next day, when everyone has had a chance to chase out the cobwebs. Everyone's fresh. Everyone's looking for a little motivation. Stupid coaching. |
