Holy crap.
His arm strength, accuracy, and command of the offense overshadowed that crazy athleticism.

Holy crap. His arm strength, accuracy, and command of the offense overshadowed that crazy athleticism. It's always funny when the prognosticators finally agree with something you've been saying for 2.5 years. I dislike greatly the huskies but penix is the real deal and seems to have a winners work ethic. Hell Washingtons coach jumped ship likely because he knew without penix sustained success at the last two years level was unlikely. Penix imo was the best QB in the PAC 12 the last two years. Buttfumble 2.0 is going to get crushed by faster stronger linebackers and his creatives won't work he's no mahomes imo. Admittedly I thought Herbert was overrated and I was wrong but the fact penix may go 3rd as a QB drafted means someones getting a steal.

Holy crap. His arm strength, accuracy, and command of the offense overshadowed that crazy athleticism. Gonna be real interesting to watch. Williams, JT and Mayes likely go 1,2,3 then nobody needs a QB in the order until Vikings at 11,Broncos at 12, and Saints at 13. Who wants Penix more? I think Penix is arguably as good as those first 3, so does one of those three make a move to get ahead of the other, into the top 10 and secure him? This is a solid QB year, and interestingly, the consensus #1, in my opinion, is the least attractive of the major contenders. JT is more dynamic and athletic. Maye is way more accurate and has a cannon arm. Penix is more athletic and pretty accurate as well. Then the dark horse JJ McCarthy is hanging around as well, thanks to his real solid accuracy and pocket command. Fun stuff to watch.

Plus their HC is a great offensive coach!

I hope this kid turns out to be the best of the bunch.
The only bad game I saw him play was NC game...which was not a good time to s%#t the bed. IMO he is better than Nix by a country mile and McCarthy, who never had to really do anything. I didn't really see Maye play...they say he has a monster arm. But so does Penix, with killer accuracy.
Penix throws the best 15 yard sideline out I've seen since Burrow

The game winning drive in 2022 was a heartbreaker too. I am glad we don't have to see him this season.
