Jack Gohlke, the Oakland guard, was 10-20 in 3's against Kentucky. Anyway, for the year he is now 131-347 (0.378) from three and 4-8 from two. He has taken EIGHT shots all year from inside the arc.

All seven were in the paint.

Sounds like Calipari didn't get the scouting report in time. Too busy telling us how much his one and done players are making in the NBA.

His team is NBA ready but average of 19. "We're playing teams that are 24-25... but, I'm not going to change..." FFS dude you recruit 'em, you make a lame arse excuse then state you'll not adjust/change. Maybe it's the "type" of youngster, not their age? Maybe your players just don't listen to you? Maybe since UK is just a quick, paid stop over there is little respect? But, I seem to recall plenty of younger teams doing quite well in past tournaments. But, hey Coach you've got (6) to 100's coming in, a $34 mil buyout, and another 365 to come up with better excuses!

Yeah, something like... 3 seed... 1st rd loss/0-1 6 seed... 2nd rd loss/1-1 2 seed... 1st rd loss/0-1 Didn't qualify UK fans must be fuming, 10 years since a F4. The guy wins, but similar to UCLA just not winning when it counts to another delusional fan base.

At some point Mitch Barnhart, a man I respect, will figure out Calipari's job is to win games for the University of Kentucky, not to prepare guys for the NBA and "save their families," the nonsense he was spewing in yesterday's postgame.

Well, it's MB's fault for giving Calipari the equivalent of a lifetime contract.

Tinkle has 3X more tourney wins in the last 4 years than Calipari?

Yeah I love it. Thought I heard it's been 1 tourney win in 4 years? Hmmmm... Tinkle has 3X more tourney wins in the last 4 years than Calipari? Ahh, tongue in cheek most likely, but also typical of such posts... very, VERY select data. Not that I'd want the guy as our coach, although I've learned not to judge thru what is printed, but... 32 seasons 24 NCAA Tournament appearances; 57-22 overall; 11-5 at UMass; 14-6 at Memphis; 32-11 at Kentucky WT... 18 seasons 5 appearances; 0-3 at Montana; 3-2 at OSU One of these is not like the other. In many ways... most are in Wayne's favor!

I know his final 4 run at Umass was vacated due to Marcus Camby. Also had wins vacated because of Derrick Rose at Memphis. I think there are others. ……not defending WT. Just would never want a sleazeball coach here.
