Was on "Live Stats" and saw OSU almost pulled off a dbl header sweep vs Arizona... 3-2 (8) and 4-6.
2-0 lead in game 1 until giving up 2 T7, then winning it in extra frame.
4-2 lead heading into the 7th, give up 4 T7 and can't answer!
Arizona scores 8 runs for the day and 6 are in T7🙄

Arizona scores 8 runs for the day and 6 are in T7🙄 Worked a long day today so couldn't report but yeah, two run leads into the 7th in both games and couldn't hold 'em. I sometimes wonder if our pitchers get to that point where they can close out a good team and get spooked thinking, 'this is a main player in the national landscape and we're not supposed to win.' The whole psychology of it all. It's too bad we couldn't win two today. |
