Does he pitch this series? Friday? It doesn’t sound like he will pitch this weekend

In the grand scheme of things there is absolutely no reason to push May to start this weekend. Give him one more week and he can pitch opening weekend of the pac 12 season against Utah. As much as I’d love to see May healthy and out there pitching for us, we should win this series (hopefully sweep) regardless of him pitching or not.

I'd even be cautious throwing him vs Utah if it's a chilly weekend in Salt Lake. I'm sure people much smarter than me are already considering that type of stuff. Let's just get him back to 100%!

Canham is being very cautious with injuries this year. We are deep, he can afford to be cautious. The other silver lining is other dudes get a shot. That's how you keep talent around the next season, when you have a deep roster.
I hope May is back, and 100% at some point. If he's not, another dude has to step up. So far, Segura is that dude.....who else might? Talavs maybe.
We really need Hunter to get back to form.

Does he pitch this series? Friday? No. Before Thursday's game, Josh read the list of expected starters for each game. May's not scheduled. I think I heard or read that he is playing catch, which is moving forward. More concerned about rushing guys back. Micah didn't do himself any favors yesterday.

Canham said postgame that the plan for both Micah and Brady was to give them one AB and then pull them.

We sit on the 3rd base line... not to far from the dugout. It was awesome to see Mr. May bouncing around and supporting his team mates all night long.
Early in the game, he was not wearing his coat. He took off for the bullpen and someone from the dugout yelled, "Where are you going?". I think they were worried he was going to warm up... but he just needed to grab his coat. It was a fun little interaction to observe. We learn alot from listening to the few conversations we can hear around the dugout.
Seems to be a great team mate... hopefully he is and stays healthy. On that note, all of the relievers did great last night.
