It was a great event. So many Beaver legends on hand, from all sports.
Gary Payton's eulogy was especially touching and poignant. "He changed my life." The best tribute a man or woman can earn.
RIP, coach.

bypass the muskrat trap and go straight to YouTube here: The first 30 minutes is just a pic of Jimmy and some music, I assume some of his favorites

Pat Casey nailed it.
Nice tribute to an all time great Beav and by all accounts an all time great husband, father, and coach.

Pat Casey nailed it. Nice tribute to an all time great Beav and by all accounts an all time great husband, father, and coach. PC was great. Earlier someone mentioned GP's as being something special. Sincere, but I was a bit taken aback at his immodest approach and inadvertently dissing on other players who didn't use Mrs Anderson to address a close friend. My opinion, but GP was indeed sincere and had a heartfelt connection. Just didn't think it was a great eulogy. Certainly in comparison.

He was very successful in college and the NBA and gave Jimmy and his wife credit for helping him being successful.
