Jake Thompson was also Pitcher of the Week in Week 5. Bryce Fehmel was Pitcher of the Week in Week 6. Mully was the Pitcher of the Week in Week 8.
After Week 8, Heimlich (twice) and Thompson each bagged Pitcher of the Week awards.
Very pitcher-dominated in 2017, especially after Week 7.
Oregon State players only won the Player of the Week three times total in 2018. Larnach won in Weeks 1 and 9 and Kwan won in Week 11. Heimlich won four Pitcher of the Week Awards in between Week 6 and Week 13.

In order to win Player of the Week, you basically have to hit better than .400. Larnach started Week One on fire. Larnach struck out on five pitches in the first game and then reached 12 straight games, homering in three consecutive games. In the process, Larnach became the first Beaver since Conforto to homer in three consecutive games. Rutschman actually got hurt in Game Seven playing first and missed Game Eight. Spencer Tokelson went 8/16 with three doubles and three homers in Week 3. Four walks. Torkelson scored six times. Torkelson was second in the nation in home runs at the time. Torkelson finished first in home runs in 2018 and Andrew Vaughn finished second. Vaughn won Player of the Week in Week 4. Rutschman had a mediocre Week 5. Brandon Wulff won in Week 6 in the midst of reaching in 19 consecutive games. Stanford had a better weekend than Oregon State, sweeping USC. Rutschman had a better slugging percentage, but Wulff finished with a better batting average and on-base percentage, scored more runs, and had more RBIs. Rutschman had a mediocre Weeks 7 through 11. In Week 12, Will Matthiessen went 9/14 with four homers and a double. Rutschman went 9/16 with one double. Matthiessen had more runs and doubles. In Week 13, Joe Wainhouse went 7/14 with three home runs including the game winner in the 11th against UCLA. Wainhouse had seven RBI and five runs. Rutschman went 6/14 and had a double, one run, and six RBI. In Week 14, Jeremy Ydens went 11/20, two homers, and two other extra-base hits. Ydens scored nine runs and had 14 RBI. Rutschman went 8/18, a homer, and one other extra-base hit. Rutschman scored seven runs and had 8 RBI. Rutschman had a mediocre Week 15 to end the season.
