So I guess "Oregon's flagship research university" means doing <1/2 of the research being done at OSU while educating about half as many Oregon students. It'd be laughable if it wasn't so pathetic. But at the same time it's so typical of that place that values their "image" and "brand" far above their actual accomplishments. Talking the talk over walking the walk. I hate to think of what they are researching. Uncle phil is always chasing OSU, too bad he will never be able to catch up. It does give him a reason throw more money down the schmuck pit.
