I searched "perjured" and "perjury" in the search box and I did not get anything. I don't think that George K. testified, which is a prerequisite for perjury. He submitted a letter to the court that contained falsehoods. I am not an attorney, but I think that is perjurious conduct. He did or the Pac-12 lawyers did? Or was it the University of Washington lawyers? And were the "falsehoods" intentionally false or just were proven false later? You can be always be wrong about something.

IIrc, the lawyers presented an affidavit where George testified under penalty of perjury that USC and UCLA's presidents were no longer members of the Pac-12 board in a previous California case. Later, when the wheels completely fell off, he took the position that ALL 12 presidents were voting members.

IIrc, the lawyers presented an affidavit where George testified under penalty of perjury that USC and UCLA's presidents were no longer members of the Pac-12 board in a previous California case. Later, when the wheels completely fell off, he took the position that ALL 12 presidents were voting members. I cannot imagine that the first is true, and I have not reviewed the document. I vaguely remember what you are alluding to, but, if I remember correctly it was something short of an affidavit or legal declaration. I know that George K. took the position that UCLA and USC were no longer members of the Pac-12 board and then the Pac-12's lawyers took a different position once sued by Oregon State and Wazzu. The evidence that you are alluding to probably sank both the Pac-12 and University of Washington's positions, though, which is probably why everyone ultimately settled. That said, you can take different positions in different cases or situations. There is nothing that stops you from doing that. That said, it has been my experience that a judge or jury is not going to find evidence to the contrary of an earlier-taken-position very persuasive.

I googled the first emoji and it came back with " waving hand". So in translation I'm pretty sure it is: bye bye box of s%#t

At first I thought it was the backside of hand holding something that looked like a pickle. On closer look, it's an open hand with palm facing out and the thing I thought was a pickle are arcs above and below hand denoting movement.

I see that and then a pointing hand and then the pile of poo.
