Reports now out that the Pac-2 is beginning process of moving forward without Kliavkoff Outstanding. The petty part of me wishes that the Pac2 would attempt to do it For Cause but the reality is they just need to get the guy in the rear view mirror.

He is lucky it’s only a firing, can you be arrested for incompetence ? You are generally arrested on results. If the results are bad enough, yeah. I would think that George K. is in the clear in this instance, though, unless somebody can prove some kind of intentional bad act.

I would think that George K. is in the clear in this instance, though, unless somebody can prove some kind of intentional bad act. I thought he perjured himself in one of the hearings? Maybe it wasn't a bad enough perjury? I know it's been brought up before but I'm not at a place to go look it up.

He submitted a letter to the court that contained falsehoods. I am not an attorney, but I think that is perjurious conduct.
