Looks good to me, I might move Kasper and Caraway up behind Mason and hit Hineline behind those two. Either way those are great decisions to have to make, probably no wrong answers.

New Mexico is going to start a RHP....so with that knowledge, I'm going with this prediction, just a few tweaks from yours:
2B Bazzana SS Hainline 1B Guerra RF Turley CF McDowell DH Kasper 3B Caraway C Smith LF Macias

I’ll throw a few more names out there - especially left-hand hitters against RHPs. Expect to see both Talt and Macias in the DH spot, or even with spot starts in the field in Surprise.
One other I expect to see is Trosky, but I was surprised to see the OSU website roster does not list him as S/R, but instead as R/R. Has anyone heard if that is accurate?
The biggest thing going into Surprise will be the roster cuts down from the current 44. Expect Mitch to give a lot of players an opportunity in Surprise, and maybe even in Arlington, but you cannot even get that if you don’t make the final roster.

Are we sure Weber won't be starting C?

I think you want a little more speed at #9, to be on the bases ahead of Bazzana

It's really just 1 spot left to get to 40 right? DeCremer, Johnson and Palmer I believe are all out for the year.

I think Palmer remains on the roster because they expect him to play this year at some point. I may be wrong, but I don't think he is eligible to play later if he is not on the original roster.
I have no inside info, but at first glance we have two returning catchers and two incoming freshman catchers. One of those freshman might be a redshirt candidate.

Good info on Palmer, hope that's true and you are right. And good call on the catchers...especially since Talt can catch too...

Dorman said in an interview a couple weeks ago that he expects Palmer back around the half-season mark. From my limited experience, pitchers don't come back in the middle of the season and excel. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he doesn't come back.

I don’t care who plays where or who bats first or second. Let’s just get this season going! Can’t wait!

1. Bazzana 2B 2. Hainline SS 3. Kasper RF 4. Guerra 1B 5. Turley LF 6. McDowell CF 7. Carraway 3B 8. Smith C 9. Weber DH SP Aidan May I like this one a lot, maybe swap McDowell and Kasper in the order. You listened to Canham's press conference where he mentioned using both Smith and Weber in the lineup.
