It does not matter what the weather is. It's the first day of BEAVER BASEBALL. Best day of the year......until June 24.

It does not matter what the weather is. It's the first day of BEAVER BASEBALL. Best day of the year......until June 24. I really hope it’s more like 2007 and the Beavs wrap it up on June 23 (making June 24 more of a blur).😁 The last time that a team won a National Championship on the 23rd was back in 2003, the first year of the best-of-three championship format. June 23rd is the third-earliest day that a team can win a National Championship at the College World Series in the current format. Since 2003, 2007 Oregon State won the earliest National Championship in the current format on June 24th. In 2008, the College World Series format was changed to start a day later and finish two days later. LSU and Virginia won their National Championships back in 2009 and 2015, respectively, on the 24th, the second-earliest possible day to win a National Championship in that format. The College World Series was changed back to the 2003-2007 format in 2022. LSU had a shot to win on the 23rd back in 2009 but lost, and Vandy had a shot to win on the 23rd back in 2015 but lost (and then lost the next one to Virginia). Thus, the National Champion, this year, has a chance to win the earliest National Championship in 21 years. Regardless, barring a rainout, the National Champion this year should be the earliest since at least 2015.

Forecast upgrade. Now calling for mid 70’s Friday Saturday and Sunday. That will work ☀️

Forecast upgrade. Now calling for mid 70’s Friday Saturday and Sunday. That will work ☀️ Forecast has generally improved, except for Monday, which still looks bad.
