With 8 regular season game left, plus the tournament, how many more wins do we think it will take to host? Anything over 7 including the tournament I think would be almost a lock with the teams left on the schedule. Would 6 get it done? Any other thoughts here? Nice to have these thoughts late in the season and not how many wins for .500.

Going 6-2 over the last 8 plus winning one in the Pac-12 tournament IMO would put us in a host position. As long as you don't lose any in the state of Washington.

Not sure how many wins it’ll take, but with seven Q1 games in a row there’s no shortage of opportunities.
Can we go 4-3 in our next seven games? I don’t think that would be enough to host but it would likely get us a solid seed. The Washington road trip is deceptively difficult. It’s been forever since we beat WSU and UW plays a similar style to OSU. Washington State has continued to be competitive despite the loss of Leger-Walker.
A 1-1 split during the upcoming mountain road trip would be a good start. Both are exceptional at home so it’ll be a tall task.

Counting the tourney, I feel like the magic number COULD be 5 and 6 would definitely do it.

How many needed or how many do we end up with?
I have no idea, all I want to see is a win against ucla. One game at a time.
