Follow up an impressive home stand with a lack luster and poor performance against a bad conference team on the road in a highly winnable and need to win game.
Story of the past 6+ years.

I actually felt like they played halfway decent (which obviously isn't nearly good enough to get it done on the road). There weren't a bunch of brain dead breakdowns or turnovers or me yelling at Tinkle moments... so not good at all, but not atrocious. They were sort of like milk starting to turn sour but I'm going to have it in my cereal anyways type of bad vs I'm dumping this s%#t out and getting a maple bar on the way to work levels of bad. That's the analogy I'm going with. (shrugs)

Nothing like beating the last place Trojans. That would show that well we are 11th place. Yea us.

Not knocking a win of any kind. But it seems people are a little giddy about beating a last place team. Really kind of sad when you are fighting over a last place spot in the 10th year.

You can look at the 10 year span if you want, but why not just take one game at a time? The team won two last week, and nearly pulled off a win at UCLA. You have a million reasons to attack the basketball team, but when they are trying and kind of succeeding, you won’t support them. That’s crazy in my book. Gotta support them when they deserve it.

A million reasons? Nope. A 35% pac12 record and a 45% overall are the 2 reasons. I'm willing to give someone else a shot. You apparently aren't. That's fine. Your opinion. My opinion. That's what makes the world go round.

There’s one or two posters on here that seem to have severe TDS and won’t allow themselves to find any enjoyment in anything basketball related until he’s replaced.

It's really kind of sad when you complain about a few seconds of T. Swift. I guess the shirtless guy in Buffalo does have its allure.

That's what makes the world go round. I think a lot of people have more than those two reasons to dump on the program. I'm one of them. I have a list. I'm not impressed with Tinkle, and I have called for replacing him.
But there's a difference between what I want and the way the world is.
So in the meantime, yes, I can find joy in the two home wins last week. I very much enjoyed the Beavers playing a strong game against the Bruins at their home court. And I will celebrate a win today against USC if it happens. A road victory is great. A road victory against the Trojans is ALWAYS worth celebrating.
How I feel about the coach has nothing to do with celebrating wins and close games.

I'm hoping for some road wins. The reality is, conference road wins are kinda tough, the dux are the only Pac-12 team this year with a winning conference road record this year so far. We do have the worst road record in the conference, hoping that changes, and today would be a good start.

If we can't beat these guys on the road and avoid last freakin' place, then I don't know what more can be said.

If we can't beat these guys on the road and avoid last freakin' place, then I don't know what more can be said. USC is favored by eight. USC has lost six straight. Collier is unlikely to return tonight, but Gardner may be back after missing the last three. The Trojans are 2-3 at Galen, losing three straight with the closest being the eight-point loss to Wazzu to start the streak.

I just know at some point you have to be able to beat someone away from Gill if anyone wants to buy in that things are really getting that much better.
