The ad says he is leaving, but like you I have always seen estate sales as a something your family does after you pass??? Otherwise it is just a garage sale. Or don't wealthy folks have those? I'm taking it that with 156 pictures of all sorts of crap he has a 2nd (or 3rd homes)?? How much of this stuff actually sells? |

Call it an estate sale if you are emptying the house, period. You want people to know that you have nice stuff, including furniture and equipment, that isn't being offloaded just because you bought something nicer last month.
No one cares whether its because someone died.
