we are pacing ourselves,..jeez...elite 8 is coming.. And four more years We have three more seasons already. If we reach another Elite 8, which would be two in a four-year span, would that not merit another season? |

I'm easier than all that. All I want to see is program building, consistency (not the losing kind), and enthusiasm in the program. That's it. He doesn't have to make it to the Elite Eight. I'd keep him for less.
But we can't have any more meltdown years. He can't lose the team.
