After playing Stanford on Thursday, why aren't we playing Cal today?

Because one loss for a weekend almost seems like a win? Lol
It is a good question.

After playing Stanford on Thursday, why aren't we playing Cal today? Weird scheduling this year. Usually only have 1 game per week when we play the ucks. And, Stanford has a home game tomorrow.

Usually, Oregon State only plays once per week against Oregon. This year, the Pac-12 decided to mix that up, only having one of the rivalry games be a one-game-week. Stanford is our other, because Oregon State misses Cal. Oregon State will travel to Tempe to play Arizona State on a Wednesday followed by a home game against Oregon in 4½ weeks.

Just going by WT's 2-14 overall (0-8 @ McKale... ave 17+ pt loss) record. But, anything is possible. FWIW... when I took a quick look WSU is also 2-14 over the same time span, but both Ws ate at McKale.

I suppose this gets us ready for missing everyone next year (except the Cougits)

Even though the cougs are considered to be like the beavs they have had success in the dark places where we've struggled, Such as, beating USC in so cal (football) as we had our four decade drought and winning at McHale. I've always been frustrated by that. I need a hobby
