Does it matter that they can't play in the post season? DJU probably opts out for the draft anyway.

This one on the other hand... I was thinking that he came to one of two schools that got majorly screwed by realignment and that school's coach about halfway through the year decided to split. It was, in some ways, one of the worst years for OSU sports in general.
And now he has to deal with this.
I like to think he might have stuck around for another year had everything not fallen apart.

I think you're right, but at the very least he would have considered it. Wasn't even an option when Smith and Lindgren left. |
