Oscar Hyde, the Beav's class of '24 recruit from down under showed up in a "committed graphic" about 5 days after NSD on 11-8. Rawlings-Perfect Game has him in their data base with photos and performance metrics included. For over a year, RPG has shown him clearly committed to OSU, but now they say he is "uncommitted". Not to beat a dead horse but OSU baseball has yet to make any official announcement on the '24 signing class. We have no way of determining if Hyde did in fact sign an LOI or is Perfect Game accurate in saying he is no longer committed anywhere? It has been 40 days since National Signing Day and nary a Bio in sight. Maybe the Glove, a man with power and influence could use his connections to get an answer for us on the Bio issue. We fans need help.

That was the Twitter "committed" graphic I referenced. So why did Perfect Game switch him from committed to OSU to "uncommitted"? I doubt that was happenstance - they heard something.
Puzzling for sure, but I'll side with our announcement.

Puzzling for sure, but I'll side with our announcement. I mean, it says right on the graphic that he signed. There's a photo of him at a signing ceremony. On whatever social media it is that I don't follow. As for perfect game, they're not perfect. I don't know why they say what they say.
