It says his dad is 6'9", And that he was 6'9" in 8th grade. It doesn't list his current height which sounds like is closer to 7'.

That was pre-caffeine. The O-Live article calls him 6'11", the ESPN link within the article calls him 6'9", 247 calls him 6'9", Scout has him at 7' 250. So to be safe, I've got him down as somewhere between 6 and 8 feet, 200-300 lbs.

I'll take any and all of those height/weights! Also - unless we have an assistant coach I'm unaware of named Wilson, he's a 4-star prospect unrelated to anyone on our staff. This is good.

The good news is that we don't have coaches named Eubanks or McLaughlin (and fingers crossed Negron) either. I'm glad these coaches and recruiters are for real!

But... we have to admit... having 4* kids helps you become a great recruiter when they help you turn the program around. Just having 4* players can make you become a brilliant coach!!

Having been burned so many times by recruits seemingly putting us in the lead, I'd like to see us close this one before I celebrate. Looks promising, though!

I don't know and don't care. I'm just happy that he is. I'm not going to disect him as a coach or recruiter. I'm going to be happy he is here at OSU. To be on topic of the OP. If he the kid is between 6'9" and 7' and can play ball, I'll be happy if he chooses OSU.
