Portland Tribune has good info on the portal activity. There has been several threads on who is transferring out but not much on who is visiting or transferring in.
Transferring in as of 12/9
No players in the transfer portal have announced commitments to Oregon State yet.
The following have announced they'll be taking official visits to Corvallis:
Defensive lineman Nick Norris of Northern Colorado announced he'd be taking an official visit to Oregon State Friday, Dec. 8 to Sunday, Dec. 10.
Defensive back Mason White from TCU announced he'll will be taking a visit to Corvallis Friday, Dec. 8 to Sunday, Dec. 10.
Former Colorado offensive lineman Gerad Lichtenhan announced he'd be taking a visit to Oregon State Friday, Dec. 8 to Sunday, Dec. 10.

I'm presuming this is a case where we think we can coach somebody up, given how bad Colorado's o-line was? He was all pac-12 as a freshman and was CU's highest rated OLineman this year. Most of CU's problems were at tackle, not so much the interior, at least in pass protection. So I would say good to solid get, but jury is probably out until we see him in our system.
At the very least he helps fill a need after this season.
