True. But he wasn't intoxicated. And stoned probably is better, you are typically not as aggressive and drive much slower. Or so I remember from 40years ago. Intoxicated is intoxicated. Drunk drivers tend to driver slower than normal people, as well. No one should be driving on the road under the influence of alcohol or marijuana. Totally agree. But (IMHO) far more accidents are caused by speeding drivers impaired by alcohol than by those impaired by pot. |

But (IMHO) far more accidents are caused by speeding drivers impaired by alcohol than by those impaired by pot. Far more deaths are caused by gun shots that those stabbed by a knife. Point being is one method more acceptable? |
