That stings a bit. Heading to MSU ? This is just ridiculous. He was our best DB coming back, IMO. He’ll probably end up playing JS, which would be total BS. It’s one thing to follow the coach(es) who recruited you before signing day, but once you strap it on and where the uniform, I believe you need to keep wearing that barring scandal (which MSU has on a major level right now, BTW), the new guy is a train wreck (Anderpants, anyone?), or you are buried on the depth chart and want to go somewhere that you can play. I know that this stupid NIL mess has changed the game and protocol, but I don’t have to agree with it at all. Go away, JS, and I mean FAR away. I want nothing to do with you moving forward. |

Looks like TAMU or SMU for McCoy, heading back home.
DJU to Louisville, Overman to Pitt (they suck), Akili Arnold to USC or Arkansas.
It also appears we are making offers to players.
The world is not ending.

The world is not ending. I hope Overman and DJU are going to those teams for the education or NIL, and not the cachet of the team. I realize Louisville went 10-3 this year, and they're still in a conference with an assured auto-bid to the CFP, but are L-Ville and Pitt actually higher profile programs? IDK - maybe DJU believes he was the sole generator of OSU eyeballs. |
