ASU and Colorado would handle Liberty. SMU was one spot behind Liberty in the final standings. At least the Mustangs would be a somewhat credible opponent. The Fiesta Bowl will go down as a joke and a bad one at that. Liberty should be going to the Peach Bowl. One final FU to the West. Pair the two Big Ten and SEC teams together. The Pac-12 team gets Liberty. CFP killed the Pac-12. I really think that if Oregon had beat Washington—-and with the way things unfolded yesterday—-the committee would have found a way to keep the PAC out. With Alabama beating Georgia, it would have been an undefeated FSU over a one loss PAC team. |

Ducks vs a D2 school in the fiesta bowl, another slap at the Pac 12 on the way out the door , if they had to screw someone I think they made a perfect choice D2? Liberty is the same level as us. |

They will not say who, but they are saying that either the ACC or Pac-12 is holding things up. I am curious, if we are all waiting now, because Florida State fell out of the CFP, which is pushing all of the ACC teams down. |
