ASU and Colorado would handle Liberty. SMU was one spot behind Liberty in the final standings. At least the Mustangs would be a somewhat credible opponent. The Fiesta Bowl will go down as a joke and a bad one at that.

Liberty has been a quality G6 program for 3-4 years. If Nix opts out, this won't be a cakewalk by any means. |

The Pac-12 team gets Liberty. CFP killed the Pac-12. |
