Yeah, just saw this on social media. Something's way off with Oregon. Just crazy.
Anybody know if the Ducks have been missing some players in the last couple weeks? Hard to believe they have won four games pretty decisively and just got destroyed by Santa Clara and now Portland

Yikes…I’m very eager to hear sparty’s thoughts on this performance. I haven’t watched the ducks yet, but I’d be interested to hear about what seems to be causing their struggles.
Portland is a good, but not great, mid-major and the ducks have some talent on their roster.

The Duckies problem is that they have no PG. Two very good ones transferred (a whole topic itself) and the one they got is injured and out for the season. Without an experienced PG directing things they are just a bunch of frosh and Soph's trying to figure it out. The other transfers were just supposed to provide bodies for practice. It will show who Graves is if they can get better as the season goes along as they do have talent.

He is playing his best players a lot. They should be really good. Lose one bad game and you can write it off but a second one is not good.

Well never mind. UP was down 31-15 early, they've come storming back and look like they should win it. But by a much smaller margin than against the Ducks. And Montana St. was 3-3 coming in with no notable wins.

And Montana St. was 3-3 coming in with no notable wins. This was also Montana State’s first game without Lexi Deden, who led the team in points, rebounds, blocks, and steals before tearing her ACL. OSU has had its fair share of struggles the past few years, but it’s baffling to see the ducks struggle with mediocre WCC teams with the talent on their roster. |

OSU beats Villanova by 7 Villanova beats Portland by 18 Portland beats *ucks by 31 So, employing the ever-reliable transitive property, OSU +56 over *ucks. Tack on a couple more points for playing at Gill.  |

They lost to Baylor by 20. Using the werebeaver method, that makes us 36 better than Baylor.
