Guardians have the No. 1 pick. correct never 1-1, only 19 2nd baseman have ever gone in the first round at all. Usually not considered a premium position, interesting this year a lot of the draft projection have a 2nd baseman from West Virginia going 1-1. Two 2nd baseman in the top 5 ?? (Oops, meant for Rgeorge’s post)

Hmm. We didn't the year Adley went 1-1 and catcher is a far more valuable position tham 2B. Yep. Pitching is going to determine how far we go this year. The offense should be the most dynamic we have ever had, so most nights we can just out score people. With room for error, I anticipate coaches allowing pitchers try to work out of jams more often which may pay dividends tournament time. I wouldn't be surprised if our ERA is a little higher than usual, and we go into a more lock down group heading into the post season.

The 2018 offense was pretty amazing (averaged 7.6 runs per game)

We had a way easier schedule last year than in 2018. Kane and Forrester accounted for over 100 runs last year. I'm not assuming that they will easily be replaced.
