That half was hard to watch….Nebraska plays frantic basketball, doubling constantly. Cross court passes are picked off for easy buckets. Their bigs are owning the paint….they have 3 TO’s and 18 second chance points. Rataj has played but has shown nothing.

At the risk of being picky, it isn’t NU (Nebraska University). It is Universally of Nebraska. OK, on to the game. This is a game for which I really wish Rataj was healthy. I think Brice Williams and Juwan Gary are going to be tough matchups for the Beavs. His size would be nice to have today. I think the center matchup could prove pivotal too. Watched some highlights of Neb against Rider and Stony Brook and while competition wasn’t great and they were highlights, Rienk Mast looks to be a pretty skilled big. He is a very good passer and I put the over/under for back cut layups by Tominaga from Mast at 1.5. Wonder if WT will go zone more in this game to combat Nebby’s size and Mast’s passing. Go Beavs. I'll be pickier. You are quite right that they are the University of Nebraska. However, they call themselves "NU." "Nebraska U" is even in their fight song. I humbly stand corrected. But I think I hit the matchup problems on the head. Williams and Gary have more than half of Nebby’s points, and Mast’s line is 7-9-2 compared to KC and Chol’s of 2-4-0. |

Not too surprised he’s not showing much. |

Getting outrebounded 29-16 and the shooting outside of Pope/TB is 1-17. Need to see some different guys if people like Dex and others are gonna be this bad.

Nothing like playing away from home against a good opponent to show the Beavs who is what. This is disappointing.

Is this really the best Tinks could roll out there? Game plan, quality of offense, defense, etc? Nebraska is better than they have been, but this isn't some top 20 team. And when they get into conference, you'll see what I mean.

Yes ouch. And Nebraska has about the same chance of making the tournament as th PAC has of disenigrating. Oh. As much chance as Portland State of making the tournament
