Lest we forget- this 100% damming quote from Kliavjerkoff:
“We simply cannot accept the suggestion that only two members. — Oregon State University (OSU) and Washington State University (WSU) — now have the right to determine by themselves all issues affecting the Conference, and determine the course of all revenue coming into the Conference, to the exclusion of the other ten member schools.”
We simply cannot accept this guy’s ability to work in best interests of the new Pac-12 board.

Spot on, WB. I don't think he can be trusted with even the most basic daily tasks of running the operation. Firing him on Monday, however, would only send the other 10 scurrying back to the courtroom in Washington and K-jerkoff (shortening your name for him with no intent to violate your copyright) to sue for wrongful termination.
Without knowing the terms of his contract, I can't really say what I would do.(I assume there's verbiage in there that precludes standing him up before a firing squad.) But if he's agreeable to sitting around in Montana, as somebody posted, and the traitorous ten aren't making any waves about that, I'd leave him there until it is feasible to end things. Basically, say that he's on paid administrative leave, and so and so will be performing his duties in the interim.
Hate to pay him another dime, but don't want to be penny wise and dollar foolish.
