Seems like there would be someone stationed outside of each locker.

Los Angeles County would be in charge of any criminal proceeding, which is based in Los Angeles. The largest unified trial court in the United States of America. There is a Pasadena Courthouse, though, where it may be tried, depending on where the recruits are from. |

I didn't hear him say anything about blaming their thievery on society or condoning it as a thing kids that age do. I would agree with you if he had. What I heard him say was they made a very stupid decision, need to be held to account for it, but he also hoped the price wouldn't be their entire future opportunities taken away. He also said something like, everyone in this room made a dumb decision at 17/18 years old. I don't think he was implying they all had stole something, just that teenagers don't always think before acting. |
